Katie Fleet
CEO
Katie Fleet is the Founder and CEO of Your Edu Journey and an education specialist with experience supporting governments, education systems and development partners across Australia, the Pacific, the United Kingdom and internationally.
Her expertise spans inclusive education, teacher development, education reform, research and evaluation, with a particular focus on strengthening mainstream education systems to better support all learners.
Katie has worked alongside Ministries of Education, government agencies, universities and education organisations to translate policy and evidence into practical, sustainable change. She is also a university lecturer and researcher, with a strong interest in bridging the gap between education policy, system design and classroom practice.
Jill Hellemans
Director
Jill is an education specialist and strategic leader with expertise in inclusive education, early childhood, teacher development and evidence-based approaches to supporting learner participation and engagement.
A Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Master’s in Special Education and Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Family Counselling, Jill has worked across mainstream and specialist education, government, nonprofit and community settings.
Her work focuses on translating evidence into sustainable practice, including developing inclusive models within mainstream early childhood settings, strengthening teacher capability, implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, and supporting education leaders to embed effective approaches to behaviour and learning.
Jill brings particular expertise in building the capability of educators and systems to identify and respond to learners requiring additional support.
