Katie Fleet is the Founder and CEO of Your Edu Journey and an international education specialist working across inclusive education, system reform, teacher development, and research and evaluation. She works with governments, education systems, universities and development partners across Australia, the Pacific, the UK and internationally to turn policy and evidence into practical, sustainable change for learners.
Jo Evans

Jo Evans is an accomplished education leader with over 30 years’ experience in leadership, strategy and inclusion. A former CEO of a 21-school Multi-Academy Trust, she brings expertise in organisational transformation, governance, Special Education and system improvement. With an MBA in International Educational Leadership from UCL, Jo is deeply committed to inclusive education.

Jill Hellemans
Lead Technical Specialist
Jill is an education specialist and strategic leader with expertise in inclusive education, early childhood, teacher development and evidence-based practice. A Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Master’s in Special Education, she works across education and community settings to translate evidence into sustainable practice, strengthen educator capability and build inclusive systems that better support learner participation, behaviour and engagement.
Maryanne Gosling is an accomplished education leader with over 25 years’ experience transforming education systems across Australia. A former principal and senior government leader, she brings deep expertise in strategy, organisational transformation, inclusive education and governance. Maryanne holds an MBA and GAICD credentials and is passionate about creating environments where students thrive.
