What we do

Your Edu Journey is a specialist education consultancy supporting governments, development partners and education providers to strengthen mainstream education systems so they become genuinely inclusive.

We work alongside Ministries of Education, schools and international development organisations to translate inclusive education policy into meaningful classroom practice through evidence-informed teacher development, system reform and sustainable capacity building.

There are various educational materials, books, and decorations, including paper lanterns and a sign that reads 'Whole Class Reading.' A basket chair is in the foreground, and the room is well-lit with natural light.

Our Philosophy

Inclusive education is not about creating separate systems for children with disability.

It is about strengthening mainstream education so every learner can participate, belong and achieve.

We believe sustainable change happens when teachers are supported, school leaders are empowered and education systems are designed to respond to learner diversity.

Our work focuses on turning policy into practice, building capability, leadership and systems that make inclusion part of everyday teaching and learning.

Because when mainstream education becomes more inclusive, every learner benefits.

Our Difference

Many organisations focus on specialist services or special education.

We focus on strengthening mainstream education systems so they work for all learners.

Our approach combines strategic advice with practical implementation, bringing together policy, teacher development, evaluation and system reform to create lasting change.

Rather than creating parallel systems, we help governments build stronger mainstream education systems that are equitable, sustainable and inclusive.
